1. Purpose of This Notice
This Notice at Collection is provided by iQs Group, Inc. This notice describes the categories of personal information we collect about California consumers, the purposes for which we collect and use that information, and your rights under California law.
Under California law, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household. Personal information does not include publicly available information from government records, deidentified or aggregated information, or information excluded from the CCPA's scope, such as certain health or financial information covered by other laws.
This Notice at Collection supplements, and should be read together with, our comprehensive Privacy Policy. If there are any conflicts between this notice and our Privacy Policy with respect to California residents, this notice shall control.

This category encompasses records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies. We collect commercial information when you purchase our cybersecurity products, subscribe to our services, request quotes, or engage with our sales team. We do not collect precise GPS-based geolocation data without explicit consent.
2.6 Professional or Employment-Related Information
This includes current or past job history, professional titles, organizational affiliations, and professional qualifications. We collect this information from business contacts, enterprise customers, job applicants, and partners to facilitate business relationships, verify qualifications, and deliver appropriate services based on professional roles and responsibilities.
2.7 Inferences Drawn from Personal Information
We may draw inferences from the information we collect to create profiles reflecting consumer preferences, characteristics, predispositions, and interests.
